Students at Harry Street Elementary and Hamilton Middle School kicked off a partnership by meeting their new mentors. Employees from Martin Pringle Law Office met with the students to talk about their hobbies, their families and to play games together. Staff from the schools paired the mentors with the students, who will meet once a week during lunch.
“We want to provide positive role models for these kids or just help them out,” said Richard Thompson, attorney at Martin Pringle. “We’re expecting to get a lot out of this as adults as well.”
“It was a good, rewarding experience for us, and I hope it was for them,” he said.
