Griffith students helped promote the importance of healthy habits to their classmates. School Nurse Tracy Mayfield and eight students presented, “Join the Germ Patrol, Make Wellness Your Goal,” a fun-filled health program for students to promote communicable disease prevention, good hand-washing skills and good health habits.

The students were Super Hero Doctors, The Hand Washing Gang, and the Big Hand Team that worked together to eliminate a pair of Germ Villains. The presentation included science-health experiments and other activities.
